Annual General Meeting

Stratford upon Avon

(The Old Slaughterhouse is situated between Sheep Street and Bridge Street and access to it is between Clinkards and The Golden Bee on Sheep Street)

This meeting is open to the public and all are welcome.

Agenda items will include:

1. Apologies
2. Minutes of previous AGM
3. Chair's report
4. Financial Report and Accounts y/e 31st May 2016
5. Election of Trustees

Draft accounts which have been accepted by the Board and which are to be presented for acceptance by the AGM  are available for members, participants and members of the public to view at Draft Accounts  
A complete agenda for the AGM and the minutes of the last AGM will also be available on the website prior to the AGM.

There are vacancies on the Board of Trustees for people with a legal, marketing or healthwork background. We would be delighted to welcome potential Trustees to the meeting and there will be the opportunity to meet existing Board members for an informal chat after the meeting.

Valentine Love Knots and Countryman's Courting Favours with, Rachel Harwood

Come along to The Old Slaughterhouse, on Thursday 11th February 18:30-21:30. to have a go at this traditional craft. In days gone by a country lad would weave a love favour, a button hole of plated straw, for his love and she would wear it over her heart. This workshop is your chance to make a unique valentines gift or simply create and keep

Collograph Monoprint Latern Workshop

Come along and join in with a collograph monoprint lantern making workshop at The Old Slaughterhouse, with artist Ali Allen on Wednesday 10th February 18:30-21:30. After first learning the basic techniques and printing on tissue paper, you will then have the opportunity to use your prints to create a unique lantern. This workshop is suitable for both adults and young people aged 8 and upwards.
